The lionhead fountain which Faye seeks after on Earth is in actual existance
in Singapore. It's called the Merlion, and is the national icon of Singapore.
Here's a pretty good picture of it close-up.
"PAPA Plastic", one of the songs played in this episode, is partly a tribute
to the Beatles song "Come Together" (at least, bass line is).
"At the end of 'Hard Luck Woman', when Jet and Spike are eating the eggs,
this is a reference to 'Cool Hand Luke' in which Paul Newman makes a bet that
he can eat 50 (I think... maybe it was 100) hard boiled eggs in a row."
If you notice any references that I missed, I would appreciate
it if you e-mail me.
